Two beautifully air conditioned exercise studios are home to a professional team of instructors who turn the pain into pleasure. You can take part in some of the world’s most recognisable and effective group fitness classes.

With over 30 classes, 7 days a week, we offer one of the most comprehensive range of class programs available in the South West.

BodyBalance®

Ideal for all ages and abilities. A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais designed to tone, relax and renew.

BodyCombat

An exhilarating class that delivers ultra-fast results. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Plus it can burn up to 740 calories along the way.

BodyPump

Get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP provides you with a total body workout.

Pilates

A physical conditioning class. Pilates is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.

Yoga

 A form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Circuits

A mix of cardiovascular and strength training to test your limits. A method of physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to another, usually in a series of different stations or pieces of equipment.

RPM

Indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. In our designated cycling studio RPM uses simulated climbs and sprints in a workout where you control the intensity using the award winning IC7 indoor cycling bikes.

Sprint

Sprint is a high intensity cycling workout, with rapid results and minimal joint impact. You work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest to prepare you for the next effort. After a good workout you will burn calories for hours after, whilst also burning fat and building muscle.

Fab@50

Fab@50 is a fun and friendly class specifically designed for the over 50’s offering a variety of low impact exercises both aerobic and resistance based to help improve fitness, flexibility, balance, coordination and wellbeing. Combines muscular endurance, core stability and simple aerobic exercises.

HIIT

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise. These are followed by short, active recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. It builds muscle, burns calories and boosts your metabolism all in one short workout. This class is suitable for anyone but listen to your body and build up slowly. As with all classes, alternative exercises can be provided to help you develop.

LBT

A typical LBT session features a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It’s a fantastic option to tone and improve the shape and firmness of these key areas with this complete aerobic workout that features body weight exercises. This is still one of the most effective classes around and its great fun. It will develop strength, stamina and leave you energised.

Water Fitness

Water Fitness is a full body workout in the pool to music. Vertical movements, with equipment to create resistance. Using HIIT endurance and sports inspired training.

Boxercise

Classes involve a variety of moves and techniques, such as shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, pressups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. It is usually accompanied by music and is a safe, fun and challenging way to get a good, all-over workout.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health. It also burns calories, making it an ideal way to maintain your target body weight.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with HIIT and strength training. If you need pushing harder than you would yourself then this is the session for you! The boot camp is done outdoors and is instructed by one of our qualified fitness instructors.
