Two beautifully air conditioned exercise studios are home to a professional team of instructors who turn the pain into pleasure. You can take part in some of the world’s most recognisable and effective group fitness classes.

With over 30 classes 7 days a week, we offer one of the most comprehensive range of class programs available in the South West.

Bodybalance®
– Ideal for all ages and abilities.

A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais designed to tone, relax and renew.

Bodycombat – An exhilarating class that delivers ultra-fast results.

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Plus it can burn up to 740 calories along the way.

Bodypump™ – Get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP provides you with a total body workout.

Pilates – A physical conditioning class.

Pilates is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.

Yoga   A form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.


Zumba
– A dance based fitness program.

A fun workout incorporating a variety of routines to improve your cardiovascular fitness and aid weight loss.

Bootcamp – Designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.

An outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Circuits – A mix of cardiovascular and strength training to test your limits.

A method of physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to another, usually in a series of different stations or pieces of equipment.

RPM™ – Our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music.

In our designated cycling studio RPM uses simulated climbs and sprints in a workout where you control the intensity using the award winning IC7 indoor cycling bikes.

MyRide – Indoor cycling sessions with virtual instructors and/or panoramic routes from all around the world.
